Mill House.
Space renewed.

C45 transformed a former paper-mill estate office into a boutique flexible workspace, operated it and later sold it. It was a genuinely enjoyable, hands-on chapter and remains a strong example of bringing an underused building back to life.

Private offices, meeting rooms and shared spaces came together as a calm, practical workplace with a distinctive identity.
